Crinoline, also known as horsehair is perfect for trimming hats or fascinator. Suitable for many other craft or decorative projects. Also very popular to use when making petticoats especially on bridal and ballroom gowns.

Available with and without drawstring. You can pull on the draw-string to gather the crinoline to create shapes.
