Purchase Order Terms and Conditions:
If the customer does not have a written agreement with Millinery Online then the terms of the Millinery Online standard invoice shall be controlling. Because of the nature of information systems, the pricing information contained in the Millinery Online order processing system is considered definitive and will be used for pricing and invoicing your orders. The pricing information on this site has been provided solely for your information and convenience. Please note that the pricing information shown may be further subject to taxes and other charges as well as discounts.
Written Agreement Terms and Pricing
If the customer (or customer's group purchasing organisation) has a written agreement with Millinery Online, then the specific terms and pricing of such written agreement will be controlling. In some limited circumstances, there may be a difference among the pricing information provided on-line at this site and the pricing information contained in such written agreements. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all such agreements.
Millinery Online takes all care to keep the stock levels correct on the website so the item you order should be in stock and ready to send, however from time to time it may be that the stock level was wrong, or the when goods were picked they were found to be defective/damaged and unsuitable for supply to customers. In the event an item ordered is not available for whatever reason, you will be given the option of a full refund of your order or to select and alternative product. If you choose an alternative product of different value refunds or extra charges will apply accordingly.
Colour and Styles:
Millinery Online has taken care when photographing products to display both the style, shape and colour as accurately as possible. We use natural light to help show the colour as accurately as possible to how it looks in daylight. These photos are provided solely for convenience and is a guide only. Please note most products are hand made from natural materials so minor shape and colour differences can occur. In addition the colour you see on your screen can also be affected by the programing of you monitor colour settings, room lighting etc. Warranty disclaimer applies.
Discount Coupons and Promotions:
If your purchase payment includes the use of a discount coupon or promotional discount of any kind, please note that same day shipping 'may' not apply, depending on the influx of extra orders generated by the use of the discount coupon or promotion, normal orders will be processed first. We will endeavour to despatch the order in the quickest possible time and it will be within 2 business days.
Unless otherwise stated or you the purchaser have made prior arrangements, all shipping within Australia is via the Australia Post network. Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines. Signature is required upon delivery. All parcels within Australia are shipped using Eparcel and are fully traceable. A tracking number is emailed once the item is despatched. International parcels are via Air Mail.
Millinery Online reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs in the event of an unusually large order. If additional postage is required the customer will be notified prior to processing on the order.
Insurance Cover (international customers only - Not available for Germany & Cananda) is available for an additional fee. To view further details about the insurance offered on the Australia Post website follow this link http://auspost.com.au/internationalpost/products/insurance/ . The information relating to insurance on the Australia Post website should be read in conjunction the International Post Regulations Guide found on that website. Insurance cover does not cover any other loss of any nature whatsoever other than the price of the products invoiced and contained in the package insured. In the event that a claim against insurance needs to be lodged you will be required to provide any information requested by Australia Post to complete the claim. The insurance cover is provided by a third party and whilst fasciantors.net will take all reasonable action to assist with the claims process Millinery Online has no ability to control such third parties and therefore takes no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any claim
Millinery Online does not take any responsibility for items once they have been shipped, nor do we cover any charges/fees incured from import or duty taxes.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept returns or refund items for a number of reasons including but not limited to, if you change your mind, make a wrong selection or goods are not delivered in time. We do not exchange or refund any item if you have requested us to make alterations to it at the time of purchase as that item in a modified state is no longer a stock item once it has been changed. No item will be accepted as a return if you have not contacted us to discuss the issue prior to return. If at the discretion of Millinery Online we accept a return of an item, postage is not refundable and there is a restocking and administration fee of or 20% whichever is greater and you will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back. However, if an item is returned without our prior consent then the sender will also incur any extra administration and postage costs for the said parcel. The item wills need to be received back in original unused condition, prior to any pre-arranged refund/exchange being processed.
You are not entitled to a refund if you:-
• simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
• realise you can't afford the goods
• found the same item elsewhere
• chose the wrong style or colour
• make a wrong selection
• decide the style or colour you choose is not suitable
• were responsible for damaging the products
• goods not delivered in time
All of the conditions and clauses contained on this page and relevant aspects of the shipping information page or any other relevant page associated with the website from time to time form the Terms and Conditions of use of the website in addition with any current sale or promotional conditions as outlined accordingly on sale or promotional/pages on this website and/or promotional pages of this site or any partner/company/business that may co-promote our product by our prior approval and written contacts.
Return to sender parcels
In the event a parcel is returned to sender, the following conditions will be enforced.
If the error was made by the buyer.
Orders that are ‘return to sender’ will incur the $10 fee that is charged to us by Australia Post.
By request, original order can be resent once it has been received by us. The $10 return to sender charge and second postage charge will need to be paid prior to this being despatched.
In the event the buyer requires the order to be resent prior to the original order being received back, they will be required to place the order again though the web store. On receipt of the original order, a refund will be issued less the $10 ‘return to sender’ fee and an admin fee of $2 to cover refunding charges.
By request, order can be cancelled and refunded. The $10 return to sender charge will be deducted as above and original shipping fees are not refundable. A restocking fees may apply.
If the error was made by us:
- The order will be resent as soon as possible pending stock availability. We will cover the $10 return to sender fee and also cover the cost of the second postage.
